Save Automatically

If you don't like to print the Hardcopys directly, or like to store these besides, some possibilities are available to you under Hardcopy.
Following an example of hardcopy files that were stored with the function "Save automatically":

The first two entries derive through the entry from: Made "C:\Programme\Hardcopy\hc_:#".

The remaining entries through: C:\Programme\Hardcopy\hc_:w_:#"

You can see the possibilities which are available on the following picture:

Please note:
Some additional characters (for example: ": ", "<", ">") are not allowed in the filename. If one of the used variables contains such a sign, you receive an error report.

If you like to use this function for the automatic storage into a database, please make use of " [db]\" instead of the disk drive alphabetic charakter, followed by the table name like:
(The variable for a continuous number ":#" is not allowed with databases.)
